Mentored by her mother, respected broker Joan Imperato, Alison spent her early career helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

After a rewarding decade in real estate, Alison stepped away to raise her family and pursue her passion for wellness, working as a fitness professional with a boutique fitness studio. That chapter sharpened her communication skills, empathy, and ability to guide people through meaningful life transitions — strengths she now brings back to her real estate practice.

Today, Alison is proud to work alongside her mother as a member of the Imperato Fazzino Group, offering clients a powerful blend of experience, integrity, and personalized service. She understands that every move is personal and is committed to making the buying and selling process clear, supported, and successful from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Alison enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her two children and their energetic golden retriever.
