Meet Kim Fazzino

Kim Fazzino is Co-Leader of Imperato Fazzino Real Estate Group. She has been a resident of Kingwood for over 30 years and is often the #1 Producing Individual Agent in Kingwood. Kim was awarded the Top 25 Residential Realtor in Houston Award from the Houston Business Journal and has been listed in the Top 20 RE/MAX Agents in Texas and top 1% of agents in the nation. She has negotiated over $200M in sales and purchases in the Greater Houston Area.

Kim graduated from Texas A&M with a B.A. in Communications and prides herself in using her Aggie talents to negotiate the best price for her clients. Kim previously worked in Client Relations for Baker & Botts, L.L.P.; one of the largest and oldest law firms in the nation. She has worked with heads of state, federal and state judges and executives of Fortune 500 companies.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband of over 30 yrs and their four children. She also enjoys running and competing in endurance and competitive trail rides with her Arabian horses. Kim sits on the board of the Kingwood Horseman’s Association, Mother’s Against Cancer, recently the National Charity League Kingwood Chapter, has been the liaison for Special Olympics of Texas Equestrian Team and is active in her local church and community. Kim is a true optimist and loves sharing her joy of life with everyone she meets.
